Head Chef Francis Law is a celebrated Cantonese cook and dim sum expert, honing his skills at Macau’s legendary Ting Tai Fung. Law’s menu consists of regional Northern Chinese cuisine with Sichuan and Hunan influences. His signature dim sum includes Ruby Prawn Dumplings in a Beetroot Dough, Northern Chinese Pork Baozi, Custard Baozi in a Carrot Juice Dough and a variety of Jiaozi Dumplings.
