Head Chef Francis Law is a celebrated Cantonese cook and dim sum expert, honing his skills at Macau’s legendary Ting Tai Fung. Law’s menu consists of regional Northern Chinese cuisine with Sichuan and Hunan influences. His signature dim sum includes Ruby Prawn Dumplings in a Beetroot Dough, Northern Chinese Pork Baozi, Custard Baozi in a Carrot Juice Dough and a variety of Jiaozi Dumplings. Larger dishes include Red-Braised Pork Belly on Rice and Dan Dan Noodles.

Opening of the roof terrace is weather dependent; it will open when the sun's out!
Customers departing the premises will be advised of the 24 hour 36 bay taxi rank on Vauxhall Bridge Road outside the Apollo Palace Theatre.
If dropping off via coach or taxi please direct the drive to Buckingham Palace Road, SW1W 0DT.
The security team and management will discourage private cabs, rickshaws etc from congregating outside Terminus Place entrance as Victoria Street is of course a red route.
