Pizza made proper
Late 2014 we set out to make pizza and have a laugh. We took our travelling pizzeria to Broadway market, sold some pizza (burnt a lot) and got hooked on achieving pizza perfection. The following summer we opened a takeout in a shipping container in Brixton. A year later we got serious and won the London Pizza Festival. May 2017 we opened our first proper gaff… a pizzeria in Peckham. Next… we’re poshing it up across the river in Fulham at Market Halls. Yeehaa. We use wicked produce, hot fire and mix it up with good times.
