Super Tacos, a new Mexican concept from the team behind Breddos Tacos
Nud Dudhia and Chris Whitney, the founders of the celebrated Mexican restaurant Breddos Tacos, created Super Tacos in hope of providing a more authentic and concise taco offering with charcoal cooking at its heart.
Super Tacos was inspired by a visit to the Baja Culinary Festival in 2016, where they experienced ‘tacos el carbon’ in many hole-in-the-wall and roadside eateries.
Hungry customers can expect some of the favourites from Market Hall Victoria, like the Tijuana special of Tacos Abobada (with spit roast pork) and Pollo Asado al Carbon (charcoal chicken served with salsa in a DIY taco format). Keep your eyes peeled for new additions such as Spit Roast Pork Adobada Negro and Tacos ‘Piratas’, which hail from Monterrey in Mexico and are filled with caramelised onion, queso and arrachera steak.
